Dr. Nath has founded a Brachial Plexus Clinic & Surgery Center in Houston Texas, West Palm Beach, Florida and Dubai, UAE (Zia Medical Center). The Centers offer surgeries to both children and adult patients who suffer from nerve injuries and unusual paralysis cases. Dr. Nath is President of Intron Pharmaceuticals LLC (2004-present). He also participates in many outreach events at locations across the country, including Chicago, IL, Philadelphia, PA, and West Palm Beach, FL.  He has authored a book entitled Obstetric Brachial Plexus Injuries: The Nath Method of Diagnosis and Treatment (2007) and has authored and published numerous book chapters as well as articles in peer reviewed journals. Rahul K. Nath, MD, attended The Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL, and received his medical degree in 1988. He stayed on to serve his general surgery internship and residency (1988-1991). Furthermore, he joined Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO to conduct his plastic and reconstructive residency (1991-1994), during which time he also completed a research fellowship in Molecular Neurophysiology and Genetic Regulation of Fetal Wound Repair (1991-1992). In addition, he completed his fellowship training in Peripheral Nerve and Pain Surgery at the University of Saskatchewan in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada (1994-1995) and his fellowship training in peripheral nerve and hand/microvascular surgery at Washington University School of Medicine/Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, MO (1995-1996). Dr. Nath received board certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the Association of Brachial Plexus Therapists, the American Medical Association, and the Texas Medical Association. He is the Founder of The International Society for Brachial Plexus and Peripheral Nerve Injury and Founder and Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Brachial Plexus and Peripheral Nerve Injury. Dr. Nath holds three patents and extensive laboratory experience. He is also the recipient of numerous honors and recognitions throughout his illustrious career such as being included into America’s Top Doctors by Castle Connelly Publishers.
